I have specific dietary requirements queries

We proudly cater to your dietary requirements by offering a wide range of products. We have included all the information on our products, ingredients, their respective nutritional values, any allergen information as well as chances of cross contamination on each product page.

ORDERING TIRMA

Placing an order on Tirma.UK

Once you add products to your shopping cart and proceed to pay - it'll take you to a confirmation page with an order number.
We'll send you a confirmation email too summarising your order details.

Ordering over the weekend

At Tirma we aim to dispatch your favourite confectionery within 2 working days of receiving the order. Please note that any orders received over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) will be dispatched on Monday (latest Tuesday).

Some orders received on Friday afternoon/evening may also be dispatched on Monday.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

You should expect to receive your product within 5 working days of the item being posted in the UK. 

Please note that some orders placed on a Friday and all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

My payment has been declined, what do I do now?

If your payment is unsuccessful for any reason, you'll see a message displayed on the checkout page. We suggest that you review all the details you entered are correct before trying to re-submit your order. You'll be able to update your payment options with a different method if necessary.
If the message continues to crop up, please email us on contact@tirma.uk and we'll do everything we can to help.

Will the recipient of a gift see the price of the items?
No, we add a list of items per order but this does not include any prices.

Is there a minimum amount I need to order on Tirma.UK?

Yes - a minimum amount applies on tirma.uk of £20

An item is out of stock, when can I order it?
We are working hard to ensure any 'out of stock' items are replenished as quickly as possible. We advise that you email us to receive a notification when the item becomes available. 

We apologise profusely for any inconvenience this may cause!

Where else can I order Tirma?
Tirma products are also available on Amazon UK and through our Instagram Shop.

Important note regarding delivery

IMPORTANT:
Please ensure that your order is delivered somewhere that can be collected either by you or a friend/neighbour, otherwise it may be returned to us. If this happens and we need to post the order out for a second time, there will be an additional charge for postage. 

 

 

I haven't received my order yet. What do I do?

Please read the Q&A above regarding when to expect your order. If it has still not arrived, please contact us on: contact@tirma.uk, we will do our best to advise you on your order.


Please note: once we have posted your order we have no control over how long it takes to get to you. This is down to the mail services in each country but the time-scales mentioned above are based on our current experience and we will continue to monitor and update the information on this page as necessary to ensure we provide the best service to you. 

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Thorough care is put into packing your items for delivery and consumption. However, we do understand that some items may get damaged during delivery. If that is the case and your order is damaged when you receive it, please let us know within 2 working days via email at contact@tirma.uk and we'll support you through the process.
Any damaged goods / packaging must be kept in case they need to be inspected as part of the claim for any compensation and if required, we'll request you deliver them to:

Please note, that should we require you to return the item in it's original packaging if damaged - you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should expect to receive your product within 5 working days of the item being posted in the UK (please note that some orders may take longer if there are any strikes or special events taking place).

Currently, delivery is only available in the UK.

Does the physical order carry a list of products and prices?

We only provide a list of items per order but this does not include any prices. If you are sending Tirma products across as a gift, the recipient will not know how much you've spent.

Yes, the minimum order amount is £20.

Free delivery applies to all orders above £50.
