- Ordering Tirma Products On tirma.uk
You'll be notified via email as soon as your order has been received and has been dispatched for delivery! You should expect to receive your product within 5 working days of the item being posted in the UK (please note that delivery might be affected by the current COVID-19 pandemic). For the EU and the rest of the world, it can take up to 7 days or more.
Once we have posted your order, please understand that we have no control over how long it takes to get to you! This is down to the mail services in each country but we have mentioned the time-scales above based on our current experience and we will continue to monitor and update the information on this page as necessary to ensure we provide the best service to you.

We currently offer a range of delivery options within the UK and Internationally which you can select from upon check out and are based on the total weight and the delivery address provided.

Free delivery across the UK on all orders above £20. Applies to all online orders for stock items only and to the UK. Delivery within 5 working days.
Supersaver delivery - £2.95 Applies to all orders under 400g and under £20 (untracked). Delivery may take up to 5 days.
Standard delivery - £3.95 Applies to all orders above 400g and under £20 (untracked). Delivery may take up to 5 days.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Standard delivery (up to 2kg) - £15.95
Standard delivery (up to 3kg) - £22.95
International delivery time-scales vary depending on the country. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Delivery costs for international are based on weight. Please note that all our International deliveries require a signature for delivery and are fully trackable should a delivery fail to arrive. We feel this secure method of posting is to everybody's benefit. This also applies to deliveries to the rest of the world:

- Orders received over the weekend
At Tirma we aim to dispatch your favourite confectionery within 2 working days of receiving the order. Please note that any orders received over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) will be dispatched on Monday (latest Tuesday).
Please ensure that your order is delivered somewhere that can be collected, otherwise it may be returned to us. If this happens and we need to post the order out for a second time, there will be an additional charge for postage.
- Is there a minimum to my order?
No! & nor is there a maximum! We place no such condition on your order - we want you to enjoy Tirma as little or as much as you want!
- If an item is out of stock on the website, when will it be available for order?
We are working hard to ensure any 'out of stock' items are replenished as quickly as possible. We advise that you sign up to receive a notification when the item becomes available. We apologise profusely for any inconvenience this may cause!
- What should I do if my order is damaged?
If your order is damaged when you receive it, please let us know within 2 working days via email at email@example.com and we'll support you through the process. Any damaged goods / packaging must be kept in case they need to be inspected as part of the claim for any compensation and if required, we'll request you deliver them to:

Please note, that should we require you to return the item in it's original packaging if damaged - you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Are any of your products suitable for lacto-ovo vegetarians?
Yes! We proudly cater to your dietary requirements and have included all the information on our products, ingredients, nutritional value on this site, including any allergen information as well as chances of cross contamination.
However, YOU and your health are OUR priority, so if you do have any additional questions or concerns on any of our listed products - please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall revert back to you with the information!
